CHARTER ADMINISTRATORS' ROUNDTABLE SERVICE
This service is designed to provide networking and sharing opportunities for charter school administrators. The target audience of the roundtable discussion is the administrative team from charter districts regardless of size, location, or configuration so that experiences, including successes and failures may be shared and learned from. Discussions will additionally enhance communication between charters and the ESC contact to promote improvement of charter schools and ESC services. Participating administrators will be invited to quarterly networking meetings with peers at other charter schools throughout the Region 10 ESC service area.
ROUNDTABLE SERVICE COMPONENTS
Charter administrators participating in the service will receive:
- Quarterly three-hour meetings
- Meals provided at all meetings
- Materials on "best practices"
- Job-alike sharing among administrators
- ESC coordination and design of meetings around current topics of interest
- Resource experts, when available and needed.
The fee for this service is communicated annually to the charter school administration by the contact person for this service.
