Instructional Leadership Development
On-site Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
On-site ILD is a 36 hour/5 day training session designed to supplement the instructional leadership administrator certification. Administrators and appraisers must complete ILD prior to PDAS in accordance with adopted Commissioner's rules.
If you are not a current administrator who is the PDAS appraiser of record for the upcoming semester with a Region 10 District/Charter School, the cost of ILD is $400 (Training + Certificate Fee) payable by credit card, money order or check and due on the first day of each session.
Online Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
Online ILD is a 6 week online training session done at your own pace (within guidelines) with an online instructor designed to supplement the instructional leadership administrator certification. Administrators and appraisers must complete ILD prior to PDAS in accordance with adopted Commissioner's rules.
The cost for Online ILD training for a district designated appraiser of record is $600. $400 of this cost is included in the District and Charter School Package of Administrative Services. The participant or the district/charter school will be responsible for the additional $200.
For non-package participants or non-district designated appraisers of record, the cost is $600 for both training and certificate.
Payment is due two weeks prior to the session and can be made by check, credit card (MasterCard or Visa only), money order, or a district P.O.
