Provide support to districts identified by TEA needing PMI (Program Monitoring Intervention) assistance based upon the review of indicators designed to reflect critical areas of student performance, program effectiveness and data integrity. The following areas are reviewed in PBMAS (Performance Based Analysis System): Bilingual/ESL, Career and Technology, NCLB, Special Education and Data Integrity issues (Leaver Data, Discipline and Student Assessment). ESC will initiate contact with all districts scheduled for PBMAS review or intervention to determine the services.
