College and Career Ready: An Online Book Study in Project Share NEW
College and career readiness can be defined as the level of preparation a student needs to enroll and succeed - without remediation - in a credit-bearing general education course at a post secondary institution that offers a baccalaureate degree or transfer to a baccalaureate program, or in a high-quality certificate program that enables students to enter a career pathway with potential future advancement. Dr. David Conley's newest book is "College and Career Ready: Helping All Students Succeed Beyond High School." This 6 hour GT update will be a book study conducted through Project Share. An interactive session will be facilitated on Project Share as the culminating event for this workshop. Participants need a Project Share account in order to participate. This book study qualifies as a 6 hour GT update and is available to participants whose districts are members of the Advanced Academics Cooperative.
