Counselor Initiative and Student Support (CISS) is a cooperative designed to provide high-quality services, resources and training related to substance abuse prevention, violence prevention, discipline updates, and student leadership.  In addition, CISS will serve as a vital counselor resource with opportunities to network for discussions related to best practices, cutting edge research-based programs, and the latest updates from the Texas Education Agency regarding counselor roles and responsibilities.

Counselor Connect will be presented through video conference with a variety of topics.

PSA Student Video ContestLet your voices be heard!  . . . Be the voice for your school and community by producing a public service announcement (PSA) about alcohol and other drugs. Engage your family and friends to promote a drug-free life or educate others on how to get help. Topics are unlimited, but be original, creative, and unique.
