Conduct visits within School Food Authority to strengthen program performance.
Targeted areas: Implementation of Food Safety Program based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Principles, Implementation of Local Wellness Policy, USDA Menu Planning Daily Practices, Counting and Claiming, Eligibility Guidance/Verification, Implementation of corrective action after a Coordinated Review Effort as required by the Texas Department of Agriculture, Texas Unified Nutrition Programs System (TX-UNPS), United States Department of Agriculture, and Texas Department of Agriculture new program requirements.
