The Child Nutrition Program provides technical assistance, training and resources to districts in order to promote effective management of the National School Lunch, Breakfast, and After School Snack Programs. This is in accordance with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regulations. We seek to provide school districts and charter schools with the information they need to operate cost effective programs that meet the state and federal regulations while meeting the needs of their customers.

Region 10 coordinates Multi-Regional Purchasing and Commodity Processing Cooperatives to assist member districts with their food purchasing and processing needs. Currently, the Coop has members from Regions 10, 11, 12 and 15.
