As the site manager for your school or district's videoconferencing facilities, an important part of your responsibilities require use of the Calendar of Events. Through the calendar, you will check for events that have been booked for your site/s or schedule your own events for your administrators and teachers.
After you have received your site manager's training, you will have rights to view all events scheduled at your facilities as well as rights to schedule your own events. See the Training and Meeting Calendar if you have not yet been trained on using the Calendar or contact Vickie Sullivan, vickie.sullivan@region10.org.
To check for events scheduled at your site:
After logging in, click on "Facilities Schedules", "Videoconferencing", then select your site to check for all events scheduled for the current month.
To schedule your own events:
