As the site manager for your videoconferencing facilities, one important part of your responsibilities is checking Region 10's Calendar of Events. Using the calendar, you can see if your site or sites are scheduled in an event.
After you have received your site manager's training, you will have rights to view all events scheduled at your facilities as well as rights to schedule your own events as requested by adminstrators and teacher. contact Vickie Sullivan, vickie.sullivan@region10.org. if you have not yet been trained on using the Calendar or if you need additional training.
To check for events scheduled at your site:
After logging in, click on "Calendar of Events ", "My Resources". Next enter a date range and click "Refresh". This will display all events scheduled at your site/s within that range of dates.
