A Site Manager and Alternate Site Managers are essential to the daily operation of the Videoconference Network. Each videoconference network member organization must have a Site Manager that has provide contact information to R10VN. Site Managers are the primary contact person ultimately responsible for the site videoconference equipment, the room, event scheduling and support for participants.
The operation of site equipment and success of each videoconference is a shared responsibility among the Site Manager, Site Manager Alternates and the Videoconference Network technical staff. The Site Manager monitors the site to report concerns and issues to the Help Desk 972.348.1234. The Help Desk is in operation from 6:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 6:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
All Site Managers and Alternates are provided training annually on the operation of the videoconference system, the scheduling system and network procedures and policies. The Site Manager may schedule events for district staff using Region 10's Calendar of Events. To schedule a TETN events at your site contact Vickie Sullivan, vickie.sullivan@region10.org
