Learning to use the videoconference equipment and network is important for the successful delivery of student coures, professional development workshops, and meetings. Training includes videoconference equipment use, scheduling videoconference events, and an overview of best practices. Site Manager Training

Fall Semester Training Date To Be Announced

 

Site Manager training is an opportunity to review network policy and ask questions related to the responsibilities of a Site Manager. Please download the Videoconference Network Manual by clicking the link above. We suggest keeping the manual on your computer for easy reference.  

 

Training is scheduled annually and delivered by videoconference.  If a Site Manager would like to schedule on-site or additional training please contact Vickie Sullivan, vickie.sullivan@region10.org, or call 972 348-1164.
