About the Curriculum Alignment Tool

Ownership

The Region 10 ESC content and the web-based system for delivering that content (collectively, the “Informed Instruction Curriculum Alignment Tool”) is licensed, not sold.  A District User License Agreement gives the district and its authorized users license to use the tool according to the restrictions and terms of the agreement.  Any content, product, service, program, or technology made available to the District and its authorized users through the Informed Instruction Curriculum Alignment Tool is protected by copyright, trade secret, patent, and/or other intellectual property rights and laws.

  • License for utilization

 

Purchasing a District License

School districts may license and use iCAT through an annual agreement with Region 10 ESC. Conditions for this license are defined in the District User License Agreement above.
