Problem:   My course will not launch.

Solution:   Disable your browser Pop-Ups Blocker


For Internet Explorer:

In the Region 10 website window, Click on Tools, Internet Options, Privacy Tab, and un-check the Pop-Up Blocker box. Then click "Apply."

  

For Fire Fox:

Go to Tools, Options, Content and un-check "Block Pop-Ups" and click "OK."

  

For Safari:

Go to Edit menu, uncheck "Block Pop-up Windows"

 


Problem:  My school district does not have a license for a Student Tutorial that I want to take.

Solution:  An individual (18 years or older) may purchase a Student Tutorial on Region 10's Online Catalog page

(Be sure to verify your School District doesn't have a site license for the tutorial before making a purchase)
