Legal Issues: FERPA, Child Abuse Reporting and Copyright Law 2010-2011
This training examines the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act, also known as the Buckley Amendment. Teachers learn about restrictions on sharing student information as well as the rights of parents in examining student records and instructional materials. Part II outlines the mandate that educators report any suspected child abuse within 48 hours. Part III of the training discusses copyright law and fair use guidelines in using copyrighted printed material, music, videos and software.

Legal Issues: Section 504 2010-2011
This training outlines the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
