Region 10 is proud to be the host of the Assistive Technology Cluster Conference 2009!  Save the Dates:  July 28, 29, and 30, 2009! Please watch this site for update information about the conference. Forms for registering as a vendor, how to propose a vendor presentation, and how to support the conference are now available at the bottom of this page.

We still have a few vendor spots available.  If you are a vendor and would like to exhibit at the conference, please use this form (Vendor Registration) and email it to Gayle McNurlen. Vendor booths are $100.00, $150.00 if you are a presenter (see below).  Deadline for consideration is Dec. 18, 2008. Thank you for your interest.

Frequently Asked Questions About Registering for the Conference

We want your conference experience to be positive.  The following may answer questions regarding ATCC 09.

 

Who should come to the conference?  A:  All educators are invited.  The conference is appropriate for teachers, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, LSSP/Counselors/Diagnosticians, VI teachers, PPCD teachers, AI teachers, parents, AT specialists, administrators, and other interested community members.

 


Will CEU's be offered?  A:  We anticipate offering TSHA, OT, and PT CEU's.  Please watch this site for announcements.

 

 

When will registration be open? A: Registration is now open yet. Watch this site for announcements.

 

 

Do I register?  A: Yes, if you are going to attend any sessions we want you to register although you will not pay a fee.  Registration is now open. Visit this link

May I ship items to the conference site?  A:  Yes, you may ship them to:  Gayle McNurlen, ATCC 09 Region 10, 904 Abrams Road, Richardson TX   75081.

 

 

Can I ship my items back to me at the close of the conference?  A:  Yes, you must have a prepaid shipping label attached and all containers ready for pick up.  We have UPS and Fed Ex pick up available. 

 

 

May I cancel my booth and presentation?  A:  We value your participation in this conference and hope this will not occur.  Please note the cancellation policy:

The 2009 Assistive Technololgy Cluster Conference is sponsored through the cooperative efforts of nine education service centers and The Texas Assistive Technology Network, a leadership function of the Texas Education Agency.  The hosting regions include:  Region 7, Region 8, Region 9, Region 10, Region 11, Region 12, Region 14, Region 17, and Region 18.
