Community Resource Coordination Group (CRCG)

Have you ever worked with a person whose needs could not be met by one agency or organization? Perhaps you have struggled to help someone who doesn’t quite meet the "right" criteria for certain programs or services.

Community Resource Coordination Groups may be the answer! These groups help address complex needs and issues individuals, families, and service providers may be experiencing and provide opportunity to collaborate and develop an action plan that will prevent someone from slipping through the cracks of "the system."
