Child Find:  Rolodex Card

If you suspect an infant, child or young adult of having a developmental delay or disability, contact your local special education department. Special services are available to eligible infants, children and young adults who may be experiencing difficulties in one or more develop- mental areas.

When a parent or other adult calls regarding a child who may be experiencing a developmental disability, take the name and phone number. You are responsible for giving that information to the Child Find Contact in your school district.
