Child Find
Child Find is a school district's system for identifying, locating, and evaluating individuals with disabilities (birth through 21 years of age) who reside in its jurisdiction and who may need special education and related services.
This location leads you to databases, correspondence, forms, and other templates that are ready for district customizing and are designed to address compliance with Child Find requirement.
This location provides an example of a series of Child Find activities that could be accomplished in a given year. It includes ideas and sequence for both required and recommended activities.
