Engage the community to enhance student performance

Intense focus on districts without full-time communications personnel or split-function personnel



LEVELS OF SERVICE

Package Services: On-line Toolkit and Help Desk(s)

 

  • Toolkit: Ideas, suggestions, templates, print-ready resources (publicity campaigns, board trustee honors, etc.) available through Region 10 ESC Website
  • On line and Telephone Q&A Help Desk, i.e., Communications and PR Technical Assistance, Crisis Management Q&A available, as needed, or Public Information Act (PIA) support and Q&A

 

Package-Plus Services

 

  • Limited writing/press release support to locally-identified print and/or electronic media
  • Press Release Writing Limited to 30 Releases Annually
  • Technical Assistance Given to Local Personnel to Expand Media Contacts

 

Expanded Services

 

  • On-Site Communications Technical Assistance
  • On-Site Communications Planning (Strategies, Procedures, Support)
  • Comprehensive Writing (i.e., extensive press releases, newsletters, columns, etc.)
  • In-Depth Communications Campaigns (Public School Week, Teacher Recognition, Bond Election Campaign, Facilities Studies)

 

PROJECTED FEES

  • Package Services:  $350 Package Fee
  • Package-Plus Services:  35¢ per Student Member
  • Expanded Services:  $400 per day, plus travel

Total Cost dependent upon Length & Complexity of Project and the Need for Outside Consultative Expertise
