TPC Program Fees
2009-2010 School Year (fees beginning September 1, 2009)
Application Fee $50
A $50 application fee is required to initiate the application process.
Acceptance Fee* $500
Due prior to Candidate Orientation where candidate receives Statement of Eligibility (SOE) letter for job searches, is oriented to the program, receives two textbooks, and begins first tier of coursework.
Tuition Fee $500
Due after completion of first two tiers of coursework. Provides access to content differentiated coursework and other program resources.
Internship Fee** $2950
For candidates who successfully obtain employment for the upcoming school year, this fee is payroll deducted on a monthly basis during the internship.
* Individuals seeking dual certification will have additional fees
** Internships in Dallas ISD have $100 additional fee
** Individuals who transfer to another program after initiating training or internships will owe $100 transfer fee
** Individuals approved for internships in districts outside of Region 10 will pay an additional $150 travel fee

- SBEC Fee for Probationary Certificate $52
- SBEC Fingerprint Processing Fee $42.50
- Fingerprint Fee to Local Police Department $10-20
- Certification Exams $120 per exam
- SBEC Fee for Standard Certification $77 (at completion of program)
