College Degrees |
A bachelor's degree and a master's degree from an accredited university. Individuals who hold a degree from a country outside of the U.S. must submit a Foreign Transcript Evaluation. (See Foreign Transcript Information below) |
Summative Evaluations |
Our program requires 3 years of teaching experience. You need to submit your 3 most recent PDAS or district equivalent summative evaluations. |
Service Records |
Secure from your HR department a copy of your service record. This gives your years of service that you have worked in the district and verifies 3 three years of teaching experience. If you have transferred from other districts, your HR should have a copy. |
Teacher Certifications |
From the TEA website, you will need to print a copy of all your teacher certifications. |
Nomination/Acknowledgment Form |
|
| A nomination form signed by the district Director of Special Education is required for diagnosticians because the director guarantees the loan of district tests. The acknowledgment form for counselors is a courtesy to district counseling officials of program participation. |
