Teacher Preparation and Certification Application

The online application process includes the following 4 steps:


step 1  Complete the online application.

                  Review specific requirements for each certification area that must be met for application.


step 2  Pay the $50 application fee (non-refundable). There is an additional $20 fee to evaluate a second certification area.


step 3  Complete the internet-based Haberman Star Teacher Pre-Screener.


step 4  Submit all required documents to:

             *Submit transcripts from ALL colleges attended.

 

                 *Submit your PACT (Pre-Admission Content Test) score report to:

                 R10TPC@region10.org

                 Mail to address above.

               

Applications are not considered complete until all 4 steps are finished and all required documents have been received in the TPC office. A printable checklist will be provided at the end of the application listing all required forms and documents. Once the application is complete and your PACT score is received, the screening committee will begin reviewing your application information. This process is generally completed in 7-10 days. You will receive e-mail notification when this process is complete.

 

Applications will be "deactivated" if not completed within 8 weeks.
