If road and weather conditions require class cancellations on a WEEK DAY, TPC will follow the Region 10 procedure for cancelled events. An announcement will be broadcast as early as possible that day on WFAA Channel 8 television and on AM radio station WBAP-820. If possible, Region 10 will also post the cancellation on their homepage (www.region10.org). There may not be anyone at Region 10 to answer the telephone on an inclement weather day, however, a recorded message regarding the closure can be accessed by calling 972-348-1700.
NOTE for cancelled SATURDAY and EVENING TPC classes: TPC will leave a recorded message at 972-348-1680 as early as possible when weather conditions require class cancellation.
Always use a current email address when registering for a TPC class. Whenever possible, email notifications are also sent to registrants via the course enrollment.
When a class is cancelled, you will receive rescheduling information via email as soon as possible.
