State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicator 7 reports the percent of preschool children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) who demonstrate improved:

  1. Positive social-emotional skills (including social relationships)
  2. Acquisition and use of knowledge and skills (including early language/communication and early literacy); and
  3. Use of appropriate behaviors to meet their needs.

The data collection period is July 1 to June 30 of each year.  All children, ages three through five, who meet the Entry and Exit criteria should be reported.

Data Entry begins April 3, 2023 and ends on August 11, 2023
