To continue to accelerate student learning in Texas, TEA launched the Strong Foundations Implementation Supports grant for local education agencies (LEAs) implementing High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM).

Awards were announcement on February 8, 2024. The eGrants Window to complete budget is February 9, 2024-March 18, 2024. The Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) Window is February 8, 2024- April 9, 2024. Programming begins 2024-25 school year.
