Step 2
Pay the $25 application fee (non-refundable).
Step 3
Submit all required documentation to:

- Official transcripts from ALL colleges/universities attended
- Must be received in a sealed envelope at the address shown above
- OR
- Sent as an e-script directly from colleges/universities to julie.ramos@region10.org
- Notarized Criminal Affidavit
- Scan and email, fax, or mail
- Site Supervisor and District Agreement/Consent Form
- Scan and email, fax or mail
- Three Professional References
