Team Building and Planning Services

This training gives school board members access to a team building or a planning session to focus on a topic of the board/superintendent's choice.  These sessions are delivered in the individual districts at the discretion and with the planning of the board/superintendent.  Some of the topics and training sessions may qualify for Level III training if the Team of Eight requirement has already been fulfilled.

As has been the practice in the past, this training is part of the Administrative Package through Region 10, and it is offered at no additional cost to package members.

This year, our board trainers are Kim Caston, Blake Cooper, Dr. John Spies, and Kelly Walker.  Listed below are the topics that each trainer is prepared to offer.  However, each trainer is also more than willing to work with you to prepare any customized topic that will best meet the needs of your board.

Once you have decided which training and trainer will best serve you and your board, please contact Omaira Alvarado.  She will have the trainer of your choice contact you.
