Annual Fine Arts Summit
A one-day extravaganza of learning in June with interactive breakout sessions for all Fine Arts teachers.
Fine Arts Foundations Courses
Workshops are offered during the summer.
Fine Arts & LOTE at the Meadows Museum at SMU
Two sessions offered annually, one in the fall and one in the spring. Invest in your skills to help students develop visual literacy and critical thinking skills.
Low cost, local band clinics lead by R10 band directors.
Fine Arts Field Trips
Tours of arts venues with a specific focus related to T-TESS and the TEKS. Recurring venues are the DMA, the Nasher Sculpture Center, the Meyerson Symphony Center and the AT&T Performing Arts Center.
Observe master teachers and their students in action! Pre and post observation reflections help participants identify areas of growth and set goals for skill development. Sessions are offered in the fall and the spring.
