Mentor Teacher Training Program

The R10 Mentor Teacher Training Program provides professional learning to mentor teachers who work with beginning teachers.

The training sessions and materials are designed based on mentor best practices, and take place over the course of the school year.  Adjustments can be made to fit the district's needs for professional development.

Summer Day One:  Introduction to Mentoring

Summer Day Two:  Mentoring Best Practices-Beginning of the Year

20% savings for hosting a cohort session

District Model

- $7999/district for up to 32 participants (co-op)

- $9999/district for up to 32 participants (non-co-op)

20% savings for instructional practices co-op members

3 Face to Face Coaching Sessions

Coaching Program: On Campus Sessions
(up to 5 mentors)

- $2999 per campus (co-op)

- $3749 per campus (non-co-op)


New Teacher Support

R10 Beginning Teacher Training will provide support, guidance, and professional development for 0–2-year classroom teachers.
