Foreign Transcripts

Foreign Transcripts

Interpreting foreign records is a challenge for many school personnel.  Region 10 offers two resources to assist Learning Education Agencies in evaluating foreign transcripts. Streamlining the interpretation of foreign transcripts allows consistency among schools which ultimately supports students.  Please keep in mind that the Texas Education Agency does not provide guidelines for interpreting and awarding foreign credit, it is completely at the discretion of each Learning Education Agency to determine what credit they will accept.

ValidateME!

Region 10 has partnered with ValidateME! to offer discounted international transcript evaluation services. Their trusted process aligns international records with TEKS, converting them to Texas high school credits within five days.  No vendor hassle - simply type "Region 10" for automatic discounts.  Contact Nickisha Fowler or ValidateME! for details.
