PAX is Proven Prevention!

PAXIS and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission have partnered to offer free training to those working with children or families throughout Texas in both in and out-of-school settings. PAX is evidence-based and trauma-informed.  Training opportunities include live, virtual and online, asynchronous options.

Longitudinal research by Johns Hopkins University has shown that students who received PAX Good Behavior Game are more likely to experience success in school and have significantly improved lifetime outcomes

PAX fulfills the following components:
Building relationships, managing emotions, and decision-making skills
Positive youth development
Substance use prevention and intervention
Positive behavior intervention and supports
