You may submit a total of two (2) different proposals for Innovate '24 Principal Conference. Each proposal must be different in the title and focus of innovation.
Prep for the Proposal Form Guidelines
Once you have your vision in place, the process of submitting your proposal is simple! Below are the sections of the proposal form with some additional guidance to help you prepare your submission.
Call for Proposal - Section 1
You may submit a total of two (2) different proposals for Innovate '24 Principal Conference. Each proposal must be different in the title and focus of innovation.
Lead Presenter - Section 4
Who shares your vision or has worked with you to make an impact? Consider teaming up with others to deliver an even more dynamic session. You may identify multiple Co-presenters, in addition to the lead presentation. You must include the following information for the lead presenter and completer Section 6 for co-presenter at the time you submit your proposal.
You must be available to present at any time between 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Presentation Proposal Information - Section 5
You may submit a total of two (2) different proposals for Innovate 21. Each proposal must be different in title and focus.
Presentation Format (Required)
Learning Presentation: 50 minutes
Hands-on Innovative Technology: 50 minutes
Presentation Title (Maximum of 80 characters) (Required)
Choose an intriguing title that is descriptive, inspires interest and makes your topic clear to a broad audience. Limit to 80 characters.
Presentation Short Description (Required)
Capture our Attention! Write a three-sentence description (no longer than 70 words) using sentences that begin with active verbs that describe what the session will cover and what attendees can expect to learn. Ex: active verbs, such as Learn, Explore, Discover. This description will be used for the conference program and should address the objectives, content, and ways participants may use the information.
Presentation Learning Objectives and Outcomes (Required)
Please provide one - three learning objectives for your proposal. Examples include: The participants will become familiar with; The participants will understand; The participants will practice; The participants will discuss; The participants will collaborate; The participants will develop.
Presentation Additional Information
Detail any additional information you'd like to share regarding your presentation. (Video, a website, a published article, evidence/impact on student growth, teacher growth, and or organizational change.)

Proposal Evaluation
Members of the committee will evaluate all proposals on the presenter's ability to:
Address a current or effective innovation in education.
Explain how his or her leadership has impacted school improvement.
Demonstrate clarity in content, process, and solutions.
Clearly define the learning outcomes for participants.
Use a delivery model other than a lecture format.
