Prosper Independent School District has earned the prestigious title of 2025 H-E-B Excellence in Education Award winner for Large School District. This incredible recognition celebrates the district’s commitment to academic excellence, made possible by the hard work of passionate educators, dedicated staff, high-achieving students, and a supportive community.
In addition to this district-wide honor, Dr. Anabel Ruiz of Bukhair Elementary in Richardson ISD has been named the 2025 H-E-B Excellence in Education Elementary Principal of the Year.
Dr. Ruiz now joins the H-E-B Excellence in Education Hall of Fame, a lasting recognition of her significant impact on public education in Texas.
