A dream come true! Denison ISD 5th grader Keshawn Kemp was granted the opportunity to throw out the first pitch at last night's Battle of the Ax baseball game, courtesy of an invitation from baseball player Owen Ewton. Kemp, who has a visual impairment, has been working with Region 10's Orientation & Mobility Specialist Bentley Posner this year, and he also received special guidance from Adapted PE Specialist Thomas Swinden to prepare for his big moment! Way to go Keshawn! We are proud of all your hard work! Check out more of this inspiring story, courtesy of KXII-TV, at https://bit.ly/3rukxjP
