Today, educators came together for powerful training centered on supporting students experiencing homelessness and those in foster care—because every child deserves stability, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive. Guided by the protections of the McKinney-Vento Act, this session illuminated the profound barriers students face when navigating housing insecurity—and how schools can serve as a critical anchor of hope, consistency, and belonging. We are deeply grateful for these educators who are stepping into the role of advocates, allies, and everyday heroes—championing the needs of students who too often remain unseen.
