What an incredible day of connection and opportunity! Today’s Region 10 Job Fair brought together several school districts and job seekers, all working toward one goal: ensuring every student has the support they need this school year. From teachers to support staff, we’re proud to help fill crucial roles across the region. Thank you to all who joined us—your passion and purpose made today a huge success!

STEM & GT educators spending the day collaborating with us? That is the gift that kept on giving during today's STEM-GT Institute!

Today we hosted the annual Region 10 Fine Arts Summit at Region 10 ESC—an inspiring day dedicated to music, art, theatre, and dance educators! We’re energized and excited for what Day 2 has in store!

We took our learning on the road for the first day of this summer's Region 10 Roadshows! We loved getting to connect, collaborate, and learn with educators in the Allen area as we covered topics from STEM to behaviors to Early Childhood! Are you joining us on the road this summer? Visit our website and search "Roadshow" to find a Region 10 roadshow coming near you! Upcoming roadshows: Royse City (June 16 - 18) and Ennis (June 24 - 26)!

Today's Section 504 Symposium had tons of great learning built into it! We would like to give a special thanks to today's keynote speaker, Geneva Jones, for sharing her time and insights with us today! It was a great day!

We are fluent in big ideas and big energy, and Day 1 of the Multilingual Symposium was speaking our language!

Our Head Start/Early Head Start staff members are painting, vision-boarding, and reflecting on the 2024-2025 school year during today's HS/EHS staff retreat! We can't thank them enough for all their hard work to make this past year such a memorable one for their campuses and communities! 👏

What a Saturday to remember! The Kidnetic Games brought the fun, the flair, and a whole lot of medals! From zipping down the track to fierce games like basketball, these athletes with physical disabilities didn’t just play — they owned it! High fives to everyone who cheered, volunteered, and made the day a total win! 👏👏

This year’s Visual Impairment Camp at YMCA Collin County Adventure Camp was filled with energy, laughter, and meaningful moments! While most of our activities were indoors this time around, students from across Region 10 had a blast connecting, creating, and learning together. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this special day possible

There is nothing we love more than collaborative learning, and it has been such a great week for it! We have been spending time with Special Education liasons from the other Texas ESCs as we build capacity to help our schools and districts! 🤝

Region 10 was buzzing with joy and sweet baby giggles during today’s Babies Day Out! Families of infants with visual impairments joined us at the service center for a day filled with learning, laughter, and love. While parents explored resources and support services, their little ones enjoyed a variety of engaging activities from sensory play to story time and creative art stations! Thank you to all the families who joined us!

We had a great time during today's Youth Conference for students! In partnership with the Partners Resource Network, this conference offered the opportunity for students with disabilities to learn about resources and tools to use in their post-secondary lives! Thank you to everyone who made today such a great experience!!

A full house of passionate leaders gathered this morning at Region 10 for powerful roundtable discussions centered on the topics that matter most to their campuses and districts. And a special bonus! We had some very good guests join us—service dogs! Their presence was a heartwarming reminder of the many ways support and inclusion show up in education. These leadership meetings happen four times a year—and attending all of them ensures you stay informed, connected, and empowered to lead with confidence. We can’t wait to continue the conversation!

We are SO proud of our 2024–2025 SEALI cohort graduates! The Special Education Aspiring Leader Institute (SEALI) is designed for educators ready to take the next step into leadership roles in Special Education. These future leaders are trained to advocate for students with disabilities, ensure compliance, and champion success in the least restrictive environments. This was Year 2 of the program, and we’re already excited for what’s ahead with the 2025–2026 cohort! Interested in applying? Reach out to your Special Education Director for a nomination.
